Annual Report Review Tesco have recently received their annual report for 2014 and from this we understand the areas of improvement for tesco but also the areas in where they’re doing well. In this report I will simply outline the areas for improvement and the areas they’re doing well in.

In this section I am going to be explaining the type of business information used within Tesco. In addition I will be explaining the sources of information and the purpose of using business information. Tesco use many different methods of business information to keep the business running efficiently which would lead to meeting their aims and objectives. Tesco use both verbal and written communication. Finally I will analyse the different types of business information and their sources.

Analysing the Selection Process - M2 Interviewer We took part in an interview which we both had to play the part of both the interviewer and interviewee. Our interview was based around a job role within the Scottish Power business. The job role was a customer service advisor which we had to take the interview for, we both asked each other several interview questions throughout the process.

In this task I am going to explain what recruitment is and the reasons for recruitment for two businesses which are Tesco and Scottish Power. I will outline the recruitment processes for both businesses and apply it to the methods they use for internal and external recruitment.

In this section I am going to go compare the different types of challenges that the business of Santander will come across when operating in different types of economic environments of the UK and Spain.

In this section I will explain the point of view of each stakeholder groups for Santander and The Walton Centre. I will explain of how their points of view influence the business aims and objectives.
