This is a summary of the book with notes from the professor, divided by chapters

This summary contains all relevant chapters of the sixth edition of the book "Cross-Cultural Psychology" by Shiraev and Levy. Additionally, all of the obligatory articles were summarized and added to this document. I also refer to the content of the lectures to some extent, especially if there's no overlap with the book or the articles. NOTE: The summary is partly handwritten (book chapters) and partly written on my computer (articles and some lectures).

Een begrippenlijst van alle begrippen uit de hoorcolleges van Culturele Psychologie. De hoorcolleges sluiten aan bij het boek: Shiraev, E., & Levy, D. (2017). Cross-cultural psychology. Critical thinking and contemporary applications (6th ed). Boston: Allyn and Bacon. 2016. ISBN 1-138-66838-9 Begrippen uit het boek staan niet in de begrippenlijst als ze niet in de hoorcolleges zijn besproken.

Alle colleges uitgewerkt in het Nederlands, aangevuld met aantekeningen tijdens de colleges. Ik ben elk college aanwezig geweest dus elk college staan de benodigde aanvullingen erbij. Daarnaast staat onder elk college de aanvullingen uit het boek. Met deze samenvatting heb ik een 8 gehaald voor het tentamen. Het is ook een handig document om zelf een kleinere samenvatting van te maken.

This essay discusses what realism is in the context of International Relations. I outline the history of the Rwandan genocide & the causes that lead up to it. I then focus in on the involvement (or lack of) from other countries and international organizations during the genocide and outline why this inaction models realism in the modern world.
