Included are the results of my experiment on how the body responds to initial exercise as well as a graph and an explanation of the results for both the respiratory and cardiovascular systems.The energy system and neuromuscular responses are also included.The all or none law, control of muscular contraction is explained. A comparison and analysis is included, enough to earn the Distinction. FULL MARKS for a distinction.
