I graduated with a 2:1 in Law from the University of Kent, Canterbury (2015). I have written a set of notes for sexual offences within the module Criminal Law. The twelve pages of notes cover the relevant sections of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, a brief discussion of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 along with changes to sexual offences along with recent changes to provide a comprehensive understanding of this topic.
