The call center JM Insurance would like to have a better understanding of the raw data the have collected. All the data they collected were from their 100 Sales Representatives. They wanted a better understanding of their sales per week, how many calls were made per week, the amount of time for each call per week, the years of experience of their sales representatives, and all the types of training their employee received.
