All the key cases and knowledge needed for the bad character element of the law of evidence. I was taught in NI so there is particularly attention to the NI provisions of the law but there is also an inclusion of the english articles too. All cases are mostly english law cases and are they key expected cases. I obtained a first in my bad character essay with these notes. I included each and every point/case which my lecturer referred too.
