An extensive overview of all the principles needed in your end of year exams in contract law. This includes offers, acceptance, consideration, intention to create legal intentions, postal rule, termination, express and implied terms, third party rights, breach and termination, basic damages, estoppel, modification, misrepresentation, mistake, frustration, exclusion clauses and advanced damages.

Offer and Acceptance is the first topic that is taught within Contract Law. My summarised notes may seem rather long but they are user-friendly and break down aspects to understandable elements. Many peers have benefitted from my way of explanation as it is simple and effective. I have covered a range of cases within my notes and I achieved a 76% (First Class) in the exam for this.
